Accessibility
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is a standard, not a certificate — so this page also says plainly what we have not been able to confirm yet.
What is built in
- Every page is real HTML with proper landmarks and headings in order, so a screen reader can navigate it.
- A skip link is the first thing you reach with the keyboard.
- Everything you can click, you can also reach and operate with a keyboard, including the office switcher, the appointment flow, the chat panel and the sliders.
- Focus is always visible: a 3px outline in the practice's green, offset from the element.
- Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background. The orange accent is never used for body text.
- Color is never the only signal — selected chips also carry a checkmark, and errors are described in words.
- Every real photograph has descriptive alt text; decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
- All animation stops if your system is set to reduce motion. Nothing autoplays with sound.
- Form errors are announced, and each error message is tied to the field it belongs to.
- The site works at 320px wide and at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
Known gaps
- The Google Maps frames are third-party content. They load only when you ask for them, but once open we do not control their internal accessibility.
- Physical access at each office — step-free entry, accessible parking, wheelchair access to the treatment rooms — is not yet confirmed, so we do not state it here. Call the office and the team will tell you exactly what to expect.
If something does not work for you
Tell us and we will fix it. If a page is stopping you from booking an appointment, call and we will book it for you over the phone — you should never be blocked from getting care by a website.
