A look inside
If knowing what a place looks like before you walk in makes it easier, here is ours. These are real photographs of our offices — no stock images of somebody else's waiting room.
Inside the practice
Both offices share the same layout of ideas: a front desk where the numbers get explained, private treatment rooms, and a corner for children.

Reception, where you check in and where your estimate gets explained before anything is scheduled.
The check-in window. The framed certificates behind it are the real ones.
The children's corner — chairs at their height, and a television, so waiting is not the worst part of the visit.
What we can offer while you are in the chair
None of this is unusual to ask for, and asking does not make you a difficult patient.
- A blanket, if the room is cold or you would just rather have one
- Music or your own headphones
- A break whenever you want one — raise a hand and we stop
- A beverage while you wait
- Digital check-in, so there is less paperwork in the waiting room
- Early and lunchtime appointments, and text reminders
