Terms of Service

This website is information, not advice

Nothing on this site is dental or medical advice, and reading it does not make you a patient of the practice. If something hurts, call the office. If you cannot breathe or swallow, call 911.

Requesting an appointment

The appointment request form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is reserved until someone from the office confirms it with you. Times shown as open can be taken by someone else before we reach you.

SMS Terms

We text you only if you have asked us to — by telling us so on a call, or by ticking the box on a form. We may send a link to our appointment request page, or a reply about an appointment you asked about. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies, and is generally no more than a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Please do not send medical details by text or email. Neither is an encrypted channel. Call the office instead.

Calls to the office are recorded

When the front desk cannot pick up, calls are answered by an AI assistant, and those calls are recorded so the team has your information. You are told this at the start of the call. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and the call will end — then call back during office hours and ask for the front desk.

Privacy

What this website collects, and what it does not, is set out on our privacy page. Your dental records are covered by the practice's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which the office gives you directly.

Questions

Call either office, or write to LBfamilydentalDG@gmail.com. Please do not put medical details in an email.
